The President of the Republic of Mozambique, Armando Guebuza, inaugurated last August 29^th the new International Fair of Maputo in Ricathla, district of Marracuene, province of Maputo. Although the fair is located outside the capital, the 47th edition was better than the previous editions, judging by the available space, among other organizational improvements, allowing a larger filter of visitors, leading to the venue mainly entrepreneurs interested in making new contacts.
The current facilities of FACIM are 7 times bigger than the previous, now offering 94 000 square meters of space.
